As a Senior full stack Java developer you will work on creating intuitive workflow driven user interface designs for our self-service portals, products and solutions. The senior full stack developer will develop code for frontend markup for many of our web front ends including responsive websites, flat-screen widgets, emails, landing pages, online forms etc. The full stack developer will also design and develop enterprise level scalable and secure micro services, relational and non-relational databases,  APIs and external/internal integrations. Progrexion is looking for a Forecasting Manager within our Workforce Management Department who has the ability to learn quickly and support our Forecasting and Planning efforts of our credit repair brands (Lexington Law Firm and CreditRepair.com).   The Forecasting Manager is responsible to develop and maintain accurate operational forecasts for all customer contact channels; which include In-bound and Out-bound Phone, Chat, SMS, and email channels, along with other strategic customer initiatives. This is a “hands-on” forecasting leadership position and the successful candidate will have direct operational experience demonstrating their ability to build and provide both short and long term forecasts. We are a growing and profitable company, so if you want to be part of something pretty unique and special keep reading and learn more.   Progrexion’s marketing team is looking for an experienced Media Buyer/Planner. You will join a team that views their people as the priority.  You will be part of a culture that not only has a passion for the work, but will be given substantial resources to enable you to get the job done.    This position will be responsible for determining the best strategy for our TV, radio, streaming, and other media channels.  You will help manage our external media agencies and develop strong partnerships to ensure we are seeking new opportunities and innovating across networks, channels, and stations.  You will help test and optimize our offline/traditional marketing channels for incremental impact, and be on the forefront of exploring new platforms and technologies to drive a stellar performance media program.  You will also serve as the thought leader for media internally, sharing insights and learnings across the marketing organization.   The qualifications we are looking for:   - 3-6 years of traditional marketing experience, specifically for TV and radio - Proven success buying and planning media at an agency or consumer brand, ideally managing annual budgets over $5M+ - Deep knowledge of buying and planning TV, radio, and/or streaming (Hulu, Pandora, Podcasts, etc.) - Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate cross-functionally with a track record of building excellent relationships with a peers and executives - Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytical strategies - Significant expertise leveraging data to improve marketing performance   We offer a very competitive compensation plan, including health, dental, 401k match, unlimited PTO, and ensure you never go hungry (stocked kitchen).

As a CRM Strategist on the fast-moving, cross-disciplinary Experience Management team, you will be responsible for creating project-based deliverables on design, strategy, execution, and on-going management on customer experience touch-points. You will be responsible for building and scaling a highly automated, yet personalized and multi-channel CRM solution together with our product and tech teams. As a member of our Experience Management team, you optimize our user journey based on data: From first ideas to implementation, you’ll make sure that our users receive the proper content at the right time on the right channel.   You will help our team move into the future by leveraging new tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Target to develop solutions for customers and streamline the process for customers to have the best experience possible. If you’re looking for an opportunity to roll-up your sleeves, move quickly, and deliver real experiences and technology, then you may be right for this job.   Responsibilities:   Architecting of Campaigns & Content for Email, SMS, and Push Notifications (40%) - Take ownership of the framework documentation, timelines, and implementation for digital client touchpoints - Conceptualize, Strategize and Build new client workflows for each stage of the client experience. - Hold weekly kick-offs with creative and development teams to build out new email, SMS, push, or direct mail campaigns. - Work closely with IT to identify data, triggers, and processes that are needed to build each client communication campaign. Maintain the Testing & Optimization Roadmap for Client Touchpoints (20%) - Maintain the roadmap for testing and optimization after creation, and of existing touchpoints and maintain the reporting & updates that go out to the executive team. - Execute on email, SMS, and push campaign testing within our technology platforms - Communicate with key stakeholders to disseminate information necessary for call center teams, IT teams, and others to execute and measure testing appropriately. Implement New Features and Switch-Over to SFMC (10%) - Become the subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud as it related to the Client Experience - Work directly with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud team to implement new customer journeys, data feeds and connections with Rev. - Build Email Campaigns, SMS Campaigns & Push Campaigns in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform on timelines dictated by roadmap. Analyze and Build Reports on Client Engagement (30%) - Take the lead on building basic reporting & analysis for the client site, email, SMS, App usage. - Assist in building basic segmentation & Targeting models and productionizing within SFMC, Rev, and SFDC - Work with internal data and analytics stakeholders to identify data that is needed for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. - Translate changes to Client Experience to realized business value.
