The CX Analytics team is looking for an outstanding senior data analyst to join its growing organization. This person will play a central role in one of our company’s most highly visible departments, pulling insights from the data warehouse to guide strategic decisions of executives and shape the way that we serve our customers.
The incumbent will work closely with the directors of customer experience, marketing, and data science, as well as a variety of cross-functional teams, to elucidate how our marketing and servicing experience produce meaningful results for our clients. They will do so as part of a data science team working on a range of compelling projects, from recommendation engines to agent value to dialer enhancements.
Key to success in this role will be the ability to pull data using tools such as SQL, mySQL; build analyses in R, Python, Tableau, Excel; and both visualize and communicate data-driven findings to less technical colleagues. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding storyteller, with the ability to show diverse audiences what the data say. They will draw on a range of visualization strategies (e.g., heat mapping, local regression) and analytical techniques (e.g., correlation, ANOVA, logistic regression, decision trees) to do so. A background in marketing, operations or financial services will be helpful, but not a necessity.
