  • Overview

    The HRIS Analyst leads, evaluates, analyzes, designs, and maintains Progrexion’s HRIS, ATS, and other HR ancillary systems. This position will have primary responsibility for providing HR reports for the company.  The HRIS Analyst will make alterations and configurations to systems and gather requirements from end users while acting as a liaison between vendor technical support centers, Progrexion IT and Progrexion HR.

    Responsibilities

    • Performs high aptitude queries or data extracts from multiple  HR systems, utilizing appropriate Business Intelligence (Cognos) tools
    • Consults with end users on high level and complex reporting solutions; Summarizes/synthesizes data and offers insight
    • Designs and develops enterprise wide human capital metrics to support the business needs
    • Develops and maintains a variety of complex reports using BI Tools
    • Develops data extracts from HRIS systems and imports to other HR systems
    • Serve as functional support for HR technology project; gathering requirements, writing business process procedures and workflows
    • Proactively shares knowledge with team to achieve objectives, analyze improvements, and better customer satisfaction; leads cross functional teams to meet departmental objectives and goals
    • Maintains data integrity by analyzing data, running reports and mentoring HR users in established data maintenance standards
    • Troubleshoots and log issues with service providers, follows up and test resolutions
    • Provides technical support and problem resolution for all HRIS systems

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources or a technology related discipline or comparable experience related to HR or HRIS
    • Minimum of 4 years with HR systems administration, support, design, and implementation
    • Proficient with Excel and the ability to create VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables
    • An understanding of human resources concepts, processes, laws and procedures
    • Must be able to fully write/document processes and workflows
    • Be able to develop and present training to end-users
    • Minimum of 2 years experience using report writing software

    Preferred skills

    • Experience with UltiPro and iCIMS platforms
    • Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics
