    Progrexion is the leading provider of credit report repair services in the United States. Progrexion’s technology and services help consumers access and understand information contained in their credit reports, verify whether that information is fair, accurate and substantiated, and correct inaccuracies with individual creditors, other data furnishers and the national credit bureaus. Progrexion technology and services are used by CreditRepair.com, its wholly-owned subsidiary, and Lexington Law, an independently-operated law firm. 


    Currently, we are looking for a Document Preparation Clerk/Document Specialist to support our Data Services team in the West Valley Office. The Document Preparation Clerk does various tasks, logging documents, answering client’s faxes and emails, opening mail, scanning, and also assist with outbound calls. This position also assist with other duties in the department as assigned.

    • Wage: $11.50/hourly. 
    • Shift: **Monday - Friday 10:00am to 6:00 PM*****


    • Sort documents to appropriate categories
    • Prep documents: removing physical breaks and placing a “barcode sheet” in place of physical breaks
    • Ensure all documents are logged correctly in system
    • Open mail
    • Collect, scan and upload documents following set process
    • Maintain a work area that is organized and meets quality standards at all times
    • Other duties as assigned


    • High School degree or equivalent
    • 1 year of related experience
    • Ability to type 50 wpm or more with no errors
    • Ability to maintain repetitive motion including multi-tasking through shift with standard breaks
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Good organizational and time-management skills
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, and able to function well independently and in a team environment
    • Punctual and reliable with attendance
    • Maintains high level of professionalism and integrity in a customer service environment
    • Works well in high-stress situations
    • Demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks
    • Ability to use basic computer software applications, and operate office equipment (e.g., computers and telephones)
    • Pass a drug test and background check
