  • Responsibilities

    • Manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met for content deliverables by working with internal account managers, content creation teams and outside vendors and customers
    • Make changes and updates to web properties, using WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager
    • Communicate web updates, issues and concerns to the broader content and web stakeholder communities
    • Gather and evaluate user’s online requirements and create user stories to drive development efforts and updates
    • Copywriting and editing of both new and updated materials
    • Gather and evaluate content requirements and create marketing briefs for internal and external content producers
    • Assist content management in determining engaging content topics and content plans
    • Translate qualitative data into recommendations for improving content marketing and SEO efforts
    • Managing the creation, curation and tracking of content assets, including images, video and written copy
    • Design HTML layouts for web and email content

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, English, Business, or related field from a four-year college or university is required
    • Understanding of marketing, web analytics and SEO
    • Project management experience with the ability to prioritize, track and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Copywriting and editing experience
    • Experience working with Compliance and Legal teams
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through
    • Experience creating and populating web content in one or more commonly-used content management systems using a WYSIWYG editor, experience with WordPress and/or other website platforms
    • Experience with AEM preferred
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Ability and willingness to learn new skills and take on new tasks
    • Ability to take direction
    • Flexibility for changes in priority
