We are searching for a skilled Contracts Paralegal to support our Legal team with all Company contracts. The successful candidate will work directly with and under the supervision of attorney(s) to assist with a range of legal support functions including, but not limited to: review, negotiate, and draft contractual language in compliance with Company policies and procedures; route contracts and documents through Company established processes, and enter key contract terms into the Company contract management system.
