Currently, we are looking for a motivated and professional Corporate Office Receptionist to support our corporate office downtown Salt Lake City.


    The Recruiting Strategist will use data and analytics to support business decisions that impact resource allocation and fill the recruiting funnel.  This position will work with the field recruiters to understand local needs and nuances, and as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools generate interest in jobs at Progrexion, with the end goal of motivating applicants to express interest in jobs at the company. The TA Sourcing Strategist also plays an essential role in tracking industry events, technology trends, and changes within the employment landscape which may impact existing best practices.


    • Merge data from multiple sources and systems and provide analytics that:
    • Make good decisions on where and how to invest resources to drive qualified candidate traffic
    • Drive stronger sourcing efficiency and effectiveness
    • Increase or decrease volume of applicant traffic depending on business needs
    • Continually iterate the quality of candidate, improving the overall tenure and performance of hires by attracting best fits for each position
    • Drive traffic for site recruiters to hire through their local schools, career events and job fairs
    • Support the business in hiring qualified candidates and reducing employee attrition.
    • Implements external sourcing strategies and company branding initiatives, including brand creative, assets and messaging, web content, SEO, campaigns, collateral, events, social media and communications.
    • Utilizes expert knowledge of direct hiring tools and methodologies from Brand and Digital such as Clickcast, Broadbean, LinkedIn, Job Boards, Attraction channels, Media, cold calling, networking, employee referrals etc.
    • Generates leads by posting jobs on niche sites, conducting direct mail and email campaigns and directing candidates to join our talent database (CRM)
    • Proactively partner with key stakeholders to address talent acquisition deliverables.
    • Collaborate with talent acquisition team to understand unique goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with SEO, Social Media, and Employment Brand objectives that are market-specific
    • Perform regularly scheduled SEO audits of digital media channels in order to identify and create strategies.
    • Stays up to date on knowledge of employment branding and recruitment marketing strategies in order to keep companies competitive advantage.


    • Bachelor’s in HR, Marketing, advertising or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and turn data into action plans.
    • 3+ years of experience driving sourcing and marketing results to meet hiring demand(s) preferred
    • Experience developing search engine marketing strategies as it relates to employment branding preferred
    • Ability to partner and strategize with all levels, departments and employees within the company.
    • 2 plus years of experience working specifically with Talent Attraction, Recruiting data and metrics.
    • Must have strong and effective written and oral communication skills



    This is a full-time position, hours of work and days vary by work needed to be accomplished and to meet business objectives.  Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.



    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and have the ability to stand for extended periods of time. This role will spend 80% of their time seated and working on a computer.  May need to lift up to 25lbs.



    Overnight travel may be required as business needs dictate.
