We are looking for someone who is:
Data Driven. As we continue to grow, we gather more and more data on employee performance, employee satisfaction, etc. There is a wealth of data out there about other companies and their employees that we can analyze to find areas of opportunity. You need to love research and number crunching – because you’re going to be making a lot of recommendations on a lot of important topics, and you’ll want to have data to back them up.

You will help to ensure that we live and breathe by these values, that they continue to drive exceptional customer experiences and be a source of competitive advantage.
An Exceptional Communicator. Both verbal and written communication skills are a must! You will be responsible for communicating internally and externally with a variety of individuals in different roles. Your communication skills really need to be excellent, and on brand for Progrexion.

Discreet, Trustworthy and has Stellar Judgment. This one goes without saying, but people companywide will discuss delicate issues with you, and will expect you to keep private information private. You will need to very quickly establish a sense of trust with employees, managers and the leadership team. When difficult situations arise, you will need to have impeccable judgment on how to react in the moment and appropriately follow up in a way that is respectful of the individual and responsible to the company.
A Proven Leader. We need someone who has mastered art of managing people. In this role you will be responsible for inspiring, developing, and mentoring teams sitewide.
A Strategic Business Partner: You can get along with anyone, but still challenge others in tough conversations when conflicts arise that risk long-term goals.
A General HR Guru. You have a strong Business Acumen and HR foundation that is backed by 3-5 years’ HR experience (call center experience would be a plus). You come with deep understanding of FMLA/ADA. You have working knowledge in State and Federal employment laws, regulations, and practices. In addition, you will partner with the HR team and business leaders to deliver programs and initiatives in the areas of performance management, recognition, career development, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development. You will define, review and analyze business metrics to recommend systemic improvements.
