Marketing Channel Manager

Progrexion is seeking a Marketing Channel Manager who has the ability to drive growth across multiple brands while simultaneously working to improve the efficiencies of the program as a whole.  These programs include Lead Generation and Data Acquisition. The Marketing Channel Manager is responsible for both quality and lead volume goals, while also creating and driving new offers into the marketplace with a monthly budget of 1/2 Million dollars. 


Day-to-day Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate with the Business Development Manager to find, review, and implement new relationships
  • Strong ability to compile and use campaign analysis for business decisions
  • Grow acquisition efforts while maintaining ROI requirements
  • Driven and excited by the responsibility for monthly and quarterly lead generation volume and sales goals 
  • Interact with cross functional team environment – including Call Centers, Legal, IT, and Creative teams 
  • Energetic leader who enjoys managing multiple projects that are diverse in length and priority and utilize cross-functional teams within the company
  • Creative in nature, with the desire to consistently develop new campaigns, messaging, and creative assets
  • Proactive in developing and implementing new concepts and approaches for increasing the efficiency and reach of the lead generation program



  • Account Management Experience Preferred
  • One to two years of direct marketing experience preferred
  • Able to work in high pressure environments with small turnaround deadlines:
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills – specifically has the ability to develop quarterly and annual channel plans
  • Intermediate skill level with Excel
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and coordinating with Accounting
  • Knowledge of landing page best practices
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneous with strict adherence to deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and experience preferred
