Duties may include but not limited to:

  • Serves as the main point of contact for the CIO.
  • Manages and prioritizes the daily and monthly calendar.
  • Manage projects.
  • Coordinates meetings and planning sessions and prepares agendas as needed.
  • Handles telephone inquires and reviews incoming correspondence and documents.
  • Coordinates and prepares materials and presentations.
  • Handles sensitive, confidential information.
  • Manage and handle invoices.
  • Submit expense reports.
  • Solves routine problems utilizing other resources as necessary.
  • Arranges travel, develops itineraries, books transportation, and arranges lodging.
  • Provides support to the IT management team.
  • Order and maintain supplies.
  • Pick up lunch and coordinate department luncheons, events, etc.


Ideal candidates will have the following skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft experience (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Experience with Outlook and scheduling
  • 5+ years as an executive assistant
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve and multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be professional and have good interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to handle multiple projects at a time.
