Who are we?

We’re Progrexion (that’s Proh-gresh-uhn) and we’re the biggest company you’ve never heard of.  We are the world’s largest provider of consumer credit report repair services.  That is the boring, direct way to explain what we do.  In reality, we sell a life changing service that impacts people in a very big way.  To sum it all up and keep things simple, we like to say “Credit Matters”.

 

Our employees represent the largest force in the world helping people take charge of their credit so they can, well, live the American dream.  We are growing like crazy, so if you want to be part of something pretty unique and special, you may be the next addition we need to make something that is already very good, even better.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities (This is what we expect of you)

We have a little something we call “PACE” and it is the way we run our business.  You will be responsible to ensure your team delivers on our PACE operating policy.  This includes:

  • Responsible for your teams' production goals (and hit them).  We set high goals and we achieve them.  This needs to continue, it’s good for business.
  • Achieve and maintain all team initiatives and plans that will take what’s already an amazing company and team to the next level, every single quarter.  We like to call it “consistent improvement.”  We are always getting better.
  • Our culture rocks, that’s why we call ourselves a family.  You will be responsible for making sure this culture continues to thrive and that people love their jobs.  You need to always know what is working, what is not working and what you’re going to do to make things better and better.  Did we mention “consistent improvement?”
  • Anyone that calls in and talks to someone from CreditRepair.com needs to be blown away…we call it the “outrageous member experience.”  You need to make sure your team delivers this on every interaction with our customers, every time.
  • You need to be able to inspire and develop your people…   That means, train, motivate and supervise your sales team. This one should go without saying, but we went ahead and said it anyway.
  • One last thing, you will be given autonomy to run your team as your own, and you have accountability for the performance your CreditRepair.com sales team.  You own your teams metrics, KPIs, everything.   We expect that an outstanding leader will make this transition successfully.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (This is what you need to cross off to get the job):

  • We are passionate about what we do; you must be able to demonstrate that same passion in your leadership style.
  • 1+ years in a call center, telesales leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Call Center Operations preferably a telesales center.
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast paced, ever-changing environment, or what we would define as “you’ve got to be able to walk and chew gum at the same time.”  We have a lot going on, so strap in and get ready.
  • You’ve got to have swagger.  We are competitive, goal driven and creative.  Without this confidence you cannot be successful.  
  • We work hard and we play hard.  It is imperative that you are a team player with the ability to work with all levels of employees and bring groups to consensus.
  • Knowledge of employment law as it relates to working with and training, coaching and working with employees in creating a positive team atmosphere.
  • Must have strong communication skill both oral and written
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
